Being a keertaniya they should not promote un-covered head person listening shabad
jot ji the ones who had the privilege to do so they seriously and respectfully did cover their heads. the 1 or 2 who didnt have the privilege to, they really felt the urge and didnt want to leave or stop such beautiful nitnem and kirtan of Parampita Parmatma for that reason. apologies if they couldn't do it.
Cialo koi ni Bhaji.... Many bhagats registered in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji were praying without covering their heads.
Maybe the important is to remember Waheguru ji anyhow and anywhere, rather then focusing on heads covered....
