Good bit of advice for dealing with the Queen Bitch: invest in Acid Grenades. They shred armor, limit movement, and deal DoT damage each turn the target takes (and since the queen takes a turn each time it's attacked, that can add up). And from what I've seen, the effects stack, so two grenades can leave her completely immobile with almost no armor, taking extra damage on each attack.
acid doesn't stack with acid, but acid stacks with fire stacks with poison. bring gas nades, dragon rounds, fire nades, acid nades, and rulers will fall like dominos >:D
I would say acid nades are the best direct damage, damage over time, armor shredding, possibility to hit multiple enemies even after grenade goes off and the slow it’s great use them and incendiary nades on my demolition expert grenadier (funnily enough both my main grenadiers are girls with the code name “Kong” both of them they also have a habit a fucking shit up when my sharpshooters can’t)
When the Berserker Queen was loading up the internet the old-fashioned way, actually it was a civilian moving after you positioned Cray, and that's why it didn't do anything.

I had the Insta-kill thingy you can add to your weapons once procc on a reaction shot the second I spotted the Berserker Queen. I didn't even notice her. Thanks to that incident I got the "Regicide" Achievement.^^
Wait a minute. Does Bans new Perk allow him to fire a rocket AND a grenade launcher in one turn? If yes, does that also mean, that you could have thrown a grenade first in this scene 12:21 and then opened fire?
Maybe someone already pointed that out, but with his color scheme and his helmet Fruitman bears a close resemblance to a Paranoia troubleshooter. His worried comments from earlier videos also seem to fit. (Disclaimer: I never actually played Paranoia)

The first time I found the Berserker queen I was not prepared. It killed one of my troops and almost killed everyone else. I finally beat it by constantly freezing it, using a shit ton of grenades to shred the armour, and have my high level ranger slap it in the face.
Game RNG like this is why I love True Hit calculations. It rolls twice and averages. Means things that should hit are more likely to, and things that shouldn’t are less likely.

I just committed two Regicides in one campaign using this strategy.
