Your video is so relatable to me as I've just been through this horrifying experience of hair color , i feel like crying the color i showed them & the color they did is just absurd i just can't even step out without covering my head😢
This is a lesson of a video and its very important to keep in mind to show what you want ur hair to look like and whether it's honestly possible or not ,I had a similar experience but not as bad as urs ,I had a balayage it had receded I asked to add highlights to the crown the colour just didn't show up as I wanted it to and my hairstylist is a sweetheart she did a correction and gave me lighter shade of highlights all over again, so moral is be sure of which hair stylist your choosing..
I know you will take it as a life lesson so happy u finally did end up getting what you want because that hair was looking terrible

For hair growth what can we do n for avoiding hair thinning breakages damaged and fizzy hair what is the solution. I recently coloured my hair thrice n in a month. Cuz when first i got my hair colour it was with patches next i got from wella where my hair colour was smoky n cool ashy brown which was like going towards white n grey n the i switched to mohgni. Now how to make my hair strong and treat them well.
I wanted a blonde colour for Indian skin tone.. the stylist did an Ash blonde and it looked soooo bad! I took my lesson as well
I get my hair colored in dark red all the time, you can simply get red done without prelightening. 😀 My stylist uses Schwarzkopf L89 shade for global. It's a dark red shade. You can also use Loreal Majirel 6.62, it's a beautiful shade. Hope this helps ✨

Same things happened with me and ends got damaged too, i have horrible split ends now so i cut my hair in layers. Really want to grow my hair and keep my natural hair colour in future 🙁
I remember before Durga puja in 2019 i did highlights and after 3 4 washes it looked horrible i was in tears

Hey, thank you for the recommendation. I did talk about the olaplex treatment in the vlog, will be doing it. And, I was using Kerastase Blue Shampoo earlier to cut the coppery tones, but I was told to use the new Kerastase shampoo for coloured hair to repair my hair 🙂

Use loreal metal detox it will cut down all the bronze and orange from the hair also do Plex treatment regularly

I had similar experience did red color a month bk and went for root touch up after a month and the stylist said my color has faded so I asked him if I can go brown and he said yes and prelight my hair..
I was not told about the risks damage nothing whatsoever.. u can imagine what I am going thru.. my hair volume has decreased and I need to go to right salon for the repair treatment..

Not trying to be a bit rude/mean this colour on your hair looks like someone has spit paan. I am really sorry if you felt this rude...
My hair was fried and prelightening further ruined it. So much so that my hair was translucent!!! The only thing that saved me was: Olaplex in-salon treatment; Olaplex #3 twice a month; and regular usage of Kerastase Resistance Masque Therapiste Mask + Kerastase Baim Therapiste Shampoo..
Shivangi Di, I had faced this same issue though I didn't had red hair with 1 of the renowned salon in my city too where I go regularly to do hair colour & highlights.
I showed something else through a picture & told how I exactly wanted the colour in details to them but they did pre-light which I haven't done before. They also told me it will work & that brown was horrible like somebody spitted pan colour in my hair. It was not even brown, rather bad warm orange like yours.
But luckily I did rework like you which fixed this issue & now it's a good ombre look on my hair.
Glad you were able to fix the issue. ♥️ My hair also looked liked someone spat Paan on them 🫢 sometimes few renowned salons actually do a terrible job

Sometimes they don't have the exact shade but they still say, we can get the exact colour by mixing different shades as you need & I am like strict no please after my horrible experience.

Shivangi I experienced the same and was so so dissapointed....I used to apply heena so even post bleaching 2,3 times the expected blonde color didn't show....my hair looked orange....after so much effort it became a bit brown..... I gave up...I have long hair.....taking care eof colored hair is so difficult too...pls share your haircare routine....looking for some good hair masks and conditioner

You can go for red if you like, it looks nice, but if you want to change it then you can’t get rid of it for at least a year 🫢

I had done a purple highlights and within weeks some parts changed to white and green. It was a disaster and i complaint to the salon and they redone it with red highlights and still it changed to white and green. I don't know what to do now.. Do u have any advice ?

What the second stylist told you that red is difficult to get off should have been told by your first stylist. And u should really write a review so that ppl are cautious before going to that salon.

I had recently coloured my hair. Those were red highlights and the colours faded in some parts since its being 4 months but I still see shades of red and I had a lot of hairfall issues. I wanted to change my hair color but it was suggested to me to wait for atleast a year before trying or recolouring!! It also saves your hair!! Thank you for sharing this was much needed😊😊

No that’s not true, at least in my experience. I have few strands of grey hair randomly on my scalp and colouring has never increased them.

Hey! You can get red if you like it, It’s not a bad colour, just a difficult one to change within a year unless you’re getting something dark done.
I had long strong hair and healthy hairs and use to colour my hair a lot but after some years and ageing they get rough , curly and dry , so it affects ltr to ur hairs not now , they look may be healthy and good now but ltr it will turn in to disaster , keep doing good shampoos , good hair mask and keep oiling ur hair and do massage regularly,avoid doing hair colours too much , ❤️❤️❤️thank u for u genuine reviews this
Hey, I’ve been colouring my hair once or twice a year for over 15 years now and I do believe that the right kind of care, masking, and really good high quality products assure thar it doesn’t get ruined even in the longer run. My hair have always been pretty healthy even after colouring because I care for them and invest in them a lot :) only this time the overdo of colour effected the quality. But I’m sure it will heal 🙂 definitely not colouring them again anytime soon. ♥️
Hi Shivangi, I think coloring your hair dark brown will camouflage your current hair colour .You can color your hair by yourself at home.

The video was nice and also informative. But you atleast took your hands say a 100 times through your hair. This was initially distracting and then annoying after a point. Pls avoid so much gesturing .
