I checked out the Ibis Hotel in Southampton and was surprised!.
How was my stay? Would I come back? And how much was the most expensive Diet Coke I’ve ever paid for? Would you stay here? Let me know in the comments if should try the Ibis Styles too.

I stayed at The Ibis Hotel Southampton for 1 week before a cruise 10 months ago. I agree with Matt, it was a comfortable, clean hotel. I felt very safe there and enjoyed the ocean breeze and squawking seagulls from my window. I would have liked a small fridge in the room, but I guess that would have increased the price.
Glad you had a good stay! It's a great hotel for cruising for sure. Want to book a cruise now lol 😆
Very nice review & room !! The bench is useful for extra luggage or shopping bags to put ,if you are like me who don't want 'em on the floor !! Also,if you're sharing a room ,you can sit on the bench & your partner can in the desk chair ! Also for eating meals ! Lol I really love Ibis & what they can offer for the prices !! I only stayed at one ,Ibis budget in Newport, Wales, I really enjoyed the hotel & location & the floor plan & prices !! 👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶🇬🇧💞

cannot get over how expensive the diet coke was lol thats all we drink as well haha :)
Ha, I was in shock I even ordered it 🙈for a budget hotel….that was pushing it a bit! Love a Diet Coke though.
I also prefer firm mattress over soft ,but my elderly mom prefers soft ones ! Lol. That price w breakfast is unbeatable !!! WOW !! 👍👍👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶😍🇬🇧💕💞

How they can justify the cost of that cola, especially when you're paying for bed and meal too.
Put the profit into some carpet cleaning.
It’s mad for sure! But at least the coffee ☕️ was good though.
