    This reminds me of the time I couldn't sleep, so I left the house at about 2am and went for a bike ride. It was really warm and humid, and I just biked down a tree lined road to a graveyard and a church near an intersection. There was a traffic light and no cars around, and I just sat there and watched the lights change. It was so surreal and peaceful at the same time; I've never felt more at peace.

    benefits :
    1. it improves physical preformance
    2. it slims your face :00 your face stores water in it making it puffy
    3. it helps with migraines
    4. helps with constipation !! ( i have IBS , this helps loads )
    5. can help with kidney stones
    6. helps prevent hangovers
    7. helps with skin
    8. can aid weight loss ! it increases metabolism and of course let’s your body release some of the water it’s storing
    9. helps with joint pain !
    10. it helps you flush body waste more !
    so yeah !! it takes a while to get used to drinking water regularly . i used to only drink pepsi , but once you give your body a week drinking water feels so incredibly nice~ i drink about 2 thermoses a day !! :DD ( around 5 water bottles )
    make sure to take breaks to care for yourself and your body

      All I can see is that it can increase metabolism, I'm over here, 6'1 127 pounds, I can eat 2 large box's of pizza and not gain a pound, and I realize every two days that if I don't drink some water soon I'll die. I'm pretty sure I would die if it actually does that job well. But thanks today is one of those days I'm like "oh shoot I haven't drank anything since like the day before yesterday"

    To everyone who's studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
    • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
    •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
    Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
    You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
    I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸

      I’m actually here because i have my piano lesson in 3 days and I can’t get a new song that got upped above my level down. I’ve been trying all week and have only got to barely the 6th measure while there are 44 measures (44 because theres 2 repeat signs) and I haven’t even started on all the other thousand songs I’ve got to learn + my syllabus either… I’ve almost cried but that’s when I stopped and took some stress relief essential oils and played this music and relaxed :,) I’m sorry this was way too long but now that I’ve said all this I feel much better…

    I thought I'd had a good day because I had been productive and done things that were fun as well. But there's been a lot going on in my life and the world that I thought I could ignote, and it turns out I went past my limit today. I ended up feeling like a ball of anxiousness for seemingly no reason and it frustrated me. Then I found this in my recommendations and it truly helped me. I stopped mindlessly scrolling on my phone and even covered my eyes to shut out all visual stimuli. I wanted to take a moment to focus on the music and let myself kind of float away on the tunes. It took me to memories of summer evenings and longing for life to be warm and comforting again, surrounded by my friends. And as I did that, the tears came. And I'm glad!! Because the tightness in my chest was relieved by it. I guess I was holding up all those emotions like stress, lonliness and a feeling of discomfort, and crying to these tunes helped me let it out at least partially. Genuinely thank you so much to you for making this video and thank the algorhythm for somehow knowing this is what I needed tonight. I can finally go to sleep now.

    I'm really glad this was recommended to me today. I was scrolling endlessly through the youtube homepage while feeling depressed and overwhelmed, unable to get myself to be productive. Then I saw this video, clicked on it, heard the calming music and saw "it's okay to take a break". Now I feel so much better, and I feel like returning to studying for my finals. Thank you!

      Stay strong! You're not alone, school isn't everything if you can't cope well. It's nice to take a break sometimes until you're strong enough again to fight the big fight and trust me, you will be. You're amazing, focus on taking care of yourself and know that time is just a concept. Life is not a race, you've got this! You'll do what you need to do when the time is right FOR YOU :)

    Thank you for posting this. Today has been a rough day. I had an appointment, arrived late because the subway was bursting with people, and then I had to wait almost 1h30 only to be denied said appointment, because they hadn't sent me a rescheduled covid test, and they needed a recent one for my procedure. Now I have to wait more months for the reschedule.
    Then, I found out someone stole my mother's wallet, and we were both stressed about it.
    To top it all of, I had to re-do part of my job because somethings were in a not so good quality, and I have an economics test tomorrow, and I can't affor to fail, or else I'll never finish college.
    Edit 1: Good news, apparently no one stole anything from my mother. While she was looking for her office keys, which she thought she had lost, but were under a car, she accidentally let her wallet fall out of her bag and didn't notice. But both keys and wallet were found and just now returned to my mother, both by nice people who kept everything safe.

    Lately I have been so stressed out with highschool about to open in a couple of weeks, and even school / work or maybe being at home is stressful, so try to find the thing that connects you and interests you and to take care of yourself and to enjoy your time either being with friends or family.     its okay if you don’t do so great on a test, and that’s coming from personal experience (hehe) ~ take time to do the things you love, maybe tidy your room a bit or cuddle with a furry friend~

    It's very hard being a Mental Health worker, i know that i promote mental health and help people coping with anxiety and depression because seeing people happy and changing it's what makes me happy, knowing that i help somebody, but it's hard knowing the precarious that my work as a psychologist is, i want to cry and surrender, some people say to me "why you choose this job" i work in a school were the pay me very bad and only want me to help them to pretend that every thing is ok (but its not) , it's hard the reality and the adult life, its hard to listen people you love underestimate your labor, the reality is overwhelmed but we are on this together, i hope that in a future the society takes mental health as a priority, please treat other with kindness especially mental health workers they don't judge you and do everything possible to help you even if they are not ok, and of course i treat me on therapy as well haha

    This really helps me a lot today. I just take a break from social interaction in discord because everything drains me even my friend who is going through breakup recently. I wanna be there for him but I can't even take care of myself in the right way. Plus the stress from project that I will have to finish next week. thank you for this beautiful playlists :)

    This is helping so much rn... I'm having a terrible time lately... I'm doing a scholar apprenticeship and i noticed only now that i dont want to do this job at all but i dont know what else to do. I cant just leave because then i wont be able to pay for my apartment. I live on my own and have to study for 11 tests that will be taken in the span of the next three weeks. Studying for something i dont even want to do. But i put so much pressure on myself to get good grades. I was already struggling mentally and then i even got covid and missed out on 2 weeks of school. I have to catch up on EVERYTHING, study for all these tests and keep up my household. I'm having more and more mental breakdowns, i'm sick all the time, dont have time/head space for my art and i think my depression is back worse than ever....i left school early today after having a meltdown in class. I went home crying and just stayed in bed. As i found this Playlist i was able to get up and i managed to paint a little bit. Thank you...

    I can't explain how much I crave for living in a place with the atmosphere that this music creates in my mind. Just like, a cozy, little appartment with trees surrounding it in some rainy town, not a tiny village but not a big, stressful city either, with a huge window in my room with some kind of seat in the windowsill where I can just sit and spend hours reading with this special, dim light that only overcast skies are able to produce while having some tea and listening to the rain

    Sometimes I feel lonely but I don't want to talk with anyone.. Recently I feel so disconnected with people around me. I don't know what to do.. It's difficult to open up and talk because I don't trust people and that makes me even harder to talk about myself. Also when I want to start talking about what I've been going through with someone I'm close with I feel like they don't really care. I feel like they are not there even though they're sitting next to me.. It's hard.. I laugh everyday but I also cry almost everyday.. Enduring is difficult but I promise I will fight depression. Those who are also struggling with life, I hope you fight back too!

    Just broke up with first bf AND dealing with COVID. Been covid Neg for the past 2 years. Thankfully, i am vacc'ed and boosted. There are times where I just feel...lost, mentally/emotionally..? if that makes sense...This was my first relationship ever. I am slowly on the mend in terms of COVID. Very slowly though. I guess, just gotta keep on going. Do things I like. Do things that make me happy. Do things that allows me to feel calm, like listening to this video. There are times where my emotions hit me like a dumptruck that Im back to being single. Sometimes, it hits me when Im in public and I feel like everyone is watching and knows that I broke up. What im trying to say is, i feel like other people can see right through me and see that raw emotion. For those that read up to here, thank you for caring and taking the time to read. Thank you.

    I'm on my third year in college, there are more two left, I study at night and everyday I have to travel more than 1 hour to get there, so I get home late, and still have to wake up early to work. It's not being easy and I'm so tired, time seems like it's never going to pass and never going to get better.

    I scritch one more number onto the math homework I've been staring at for years. Every nameless worksheet I have completed culminates to this...were any of those blurry hours worth anything?
    I am so tired. My pencil trembles over the page, caught in the crossfire of my warring mind. What should I do now? I should probably take a break...but if I did that, I might get distracted from the task at hand. What is that task, anyway? The world is ending and all I can think about is homework. But what use is pondering my guilt if I have to succeed in school to do anything about it? There are only so many hours in a day...and suddenly, another one has passed. And I am still halfway through the first problem.
    My stomach drops at the sight of the disgustingly empty page. Tears slip into my hands, each one a reminder of how useless I am. So I write another number, bitterly climbing this wall in hopes I may reach the next one.
    Tomorrow there will be more walls added to the queue. Some might not even be real--just obstacles made out of my own self-loathing. The truth is, there will always be walls ahead of us. It can be exhausting, but giving up can have consequences, so I push on. But no matter what happens, I have to tell myself I am enough. When I succeed, when I fall, even when I give up. I am trying not to base my worth around what I accomplish, but the fact I am trying and even just the fact that I am here. Maybe some of you reading this will relate to it, and if you do, you are enough. You are worthy no matter what happens. Thank you for being here, too.
    Edit: Also, take pride in your accomplishments and know that there is always time to take care of yourself, and sometimes it's important to throw in the towel in order to do that :)

    I know a lot of you don't believe in God, and i respect that, but I want you to think about it. God or none it's still a great quote :)

    It is now 2:30 am, this song came on in a playlist I made showing me that I have now been working almost 8 hours straight on my mid-term for an Honors course I'm in. The image telling me "It's okay to take a break" Bless you little froggy, I think I need a break!
    Everyone else here to study or do schoolwork, don't be like me and wait until the last minute to get your work in. It'll most likely take longer than you think!
    But you can do, I believe in you :)

    I'm not depressed, I'm just sad and lonely and need love. But I don't accept it ever because I never accept it as real because I was bullied a lot when I was younger for being open and people using my acceptance of people's kindness against me. Now I've learned to tell others about yourself but never use anything you wouldn't mind random people knowing about, only things you would mind if people you do know knew about you then you should not tell. Hard to follow I know but if you tell random people about you, you better hope, at least in my case, you make sure no one you know learns about things you say to random people.

    sometimes the burden to reach the finish line can consume you. i hope you can all set aside that worry, even for a little while, and give your body and mind some rest. the finish line will still be there afterwards.
