The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) Grant program is open for new applications through February 14, 2025! Selected applicants can receive reimbursement grants up to $250,000 to fund construction and renovation projects for small businesses and cultural establishments along South, Southwest, and West Side commercial corridors. This presentation provides guidance on the application process, eligibility rules, and tips for a successful project.
