Kinda made me loose interest in the video, TBH. Kinda mentally checked out when that happened.
Ram says those lines when he uses his pull ability because the ability is a swarm of tiny robots attacking you like his primary fire.
Did not know that, that’s pretty cool

5:29 Those Ramattra voice lines are him commanding the area because it is made up of a large swarm of nanites.
The reason Rammtra says "Devour Them" and "Take Everything From Them" when throwing his projectile is because he controls nanites which are small robots and he's commanding them what to do.
Ramatra is saying that to the team, since that ability slows/pulls them down. He’s telling us all to attack whoever is in the circle
It's impressive that you are still slamming even after hog nerf.
Hog changes arent nerf overall, actually buff, learn the game.

@@Zeth3187 dawg stop trying to sound smart, i main hog to this day, the difference is big but hes still almost playable. You can put enemies in worse positions still w the hook but its not an almost guaranteed 190-300 dmg

It really just reduces how free his value is. Masters and below in OW 1 could just play hog and let my shield tank play with the team and I could just walk in the backline and get 2/3 free kicks every fight and win the game for free cause he doesn’t die and u can kill 2 squishies in 3 seconds. Now if u do that one ur the only tank and two if u don’t get the kill now ur stuck in the back with no ability and their whole team looking. u can still displace people easily with it and confirm kills with your team by body blocking etc
Really felt cyx when they switched to double hog counter. Every single time I play comp with hog the first time we win a team fight they switch to ana + orisa. Its really hard to have fun as a hog main I hope the rework really gives him something to work with since they took out the one hit kill
I also kind of tried Sigma after Hog nerf. Sigma's problem is he is weak against teams that press W.
Yeah, have no idea how play sig against rein
@@jotarotto4363 Keep at max range distance from Rein for Sigma's primary and rock his world and back off if he gets too close.

Sig only works against rien on certain maps ones with long sight lines so junker town , circuit royals etc.

I think the ram voice lines are a call to action rather than anything else
I don't play a lot of shield tanks so seeing Ana + Zen on the enemy team makes me die a little inside every time

The anti-hog comp is soo aids and brain dead, but also people don't realize how fast supports are dumping their abilities to kill a hog.
Example: Ana uses sleep/nade on hog = ez pick cause now they don't have anything to defend for themselves.

I think he says devour them because those are nanobots. Take everything is a reference to him being racist against non omnics They did to them so vice versa solves the problem

“Put them in the ground” - like killing them and burying them like 6 feet under yk
“Take everything from them” - based on lore he lost everything and he’s a vengeful person and wants non-omnics to know how it feels to lose everything you once had
This is all based on how I perceive the lore may not be right but it’s the best I could think of
But i like zen :(
