Well, long time no see a "chimir" - except on tv or on some folklore dances. But in some country sides these belts are still worn. A good friend has one, a simpler variant, worn when he does physical works with bending efforts. In the winter time there are some wool made belts, for the people with loin problems. Interesting tool, the punching mushroom - and useful. I have a set, they are thick nail shaped, so I can use a little hammer with them. Regarding the possible hole in the pocket it might produce, I think that hole would be too small to be useful... 😁Thanks for the video, have a peaceful evening!
Hi Patrick, great job as ever. My family are visiting at the moment so I haven’t a lot of time for TH-cam. Looking forward to to catching up with your creations😊👍🏼 All the best, Ian
@@bugler75 I should reassemble the tram this week. I've just managed to test run the railcar and stock up on videos. I've got workers doing jobs in the kitchen-living this week, so the studio has become a storage area. I can still get in to work, but it's chaos.
@@patricksmodels it’s awful when you have workmen in! We had to have a lot of work done last year. As long as you can get your real work done to pay the bills! Ian
@@bugler75 Luckily today's a quiet day on the work front. The workers have already arrived and are setting up shop in the kitchen-living room. I think I'll try and get some kip before they start hammering and drilling!
@@bugler75 they're going along full blast, I've been cleaning two lampshades and the ceiling fan. I have to change the treble action switch on the fan, that's tomorrow's job.
