I believe, just based on size, that 6’5 kid from Montana is going to be a MONSTER at wide receiver for Nebraska. He’s going to be a GO TO target for Raiola. Watch, it’s gonna happen. Great add for the team!
Willis is my top underrated player. His hands are very fast, he would get threw the line with easy. Yes, there are probably a dozen diamonds in the ruff. Another one I see as under rates Rex Guntrie, he wraps up really good. But he is an excellent run stoping safety. He reads the run very fast.
It looks like we are going back to old school with the ol' line em' up and knock their blocks off. Then blow their minds with speed on the offense. That should make for some great football !! Always GBR !!
Nope, I don’t remember Isaiah Moses Hipp, who is he? 😂 Aside from the Ruud brother that had the "best hit ever", a very rude Ruud hit, IM Hipp had the best name. He was hip. (Ruud’s hit was covering a kickoff return late in the 4th quarter against OU. He came in from an angle and BLEW UP and demolished the returner, ball went flying while returner went down hard without seeing him. Refs ruled he was down before the ball came out. Not close at all. Far from it. OU drove down the field and Billy Simms, justice served, coughed the ball up instead, this time the refs agreeing).
@@ttb1513The hit your referring to was by linebacker Jeff Hansen on Billy Simms caused him to fumble at the five yard line and caused Oklahoma to lose the game and a shot at the national championship 1978.
@@OlgaDuran-bf5cf The hit by Jeff Hansen was an important play, quite certainly. But the "best hit ever" I was referring to was on the kickoff return after Nebraska went up 17-14. John Ruud hit the returner Kelley Phelps and blasted the ball loose, the ball flying in the air before Phelps went down hard and stayed down. The refs ruled Phelps was down before the ball came loose, which was clearly a horribly wrong call. Anyone, google ‘John Ruud best hit ever’ if you want to see that best hit ever. Like I said, OU drove down the field and justice was served by Billy Simms fumbling, as you described. But the Jeff Hansen hit wasn’t ’the best hit ever’ I was referring to, to be clear.
Huge fan Adam, watch all your shows, excellent job as always. Didn’t know you had the connection to MT! Born and raised up here and perhaps the biggest Husker fan in the state so I love to hear the shout out. Super excited about what Rhule and Co. is crafting this off season. GBR & THROW THE BONES!
Quinn Clark will be the diamond in the rough! Some PWO guys with diamond in the rough potential are Rowdy Bauer, Izaac Dickey, Ryker Evans, Derek Wacker, and Trent Uhlir. Watched highlights on all these guys and given right tools the sky will be the limit. Plus these are home state kids that have had the dream their whole lives to get on that field, and will work hard to make it happen. The star power in the 2024 class for Nebraska is really unbelievable. Like seeing so many solid players cause Iron sharpens Iron.
I agree Neb . .in the late 60's 70's 80's and 90's had the best strength and conditioning program in the country. You have to have the athletes who are willing to put in the work must be relentless that's the key. Michigan's OL last year was not only powerful but fast and quick on their feet .The Primary reason beat Bama for the National Championship . Had nine or ten O linemen that were interchangeable and wouldn't miss a beat. Adept at run and pass blocking. A special group Harbaugh built .😊
Danny Dimes is my diamond in the rough. He beat out tough competition at the Elite 11 Finals to win the accuracy challenge. The guy got a bad wrap because Bellevue West struggled his senior season.
I really hope Quinn Clark shines. In fact i hope EVERY legacy player at Nebraska balls out. HINT HINT Adam!!!! Do i say itagain, legacy players matter. There is a certain Carriker i expect to see in Scarlet and Cream. Imagine another Carriker crushing QBs for Nebraska. Oh, tell Jacob i said hi. Let's Gooooo GBR ☠️☠️☠️☠️❗️❗️❗️
Hopefully the offensive linemen we got are the dark horses. Gibson Pyle likes to pancake all his blocks. We need that back at Nebraska. Fidone better get really good quick, he has 3 freshmen behind him.
Willis McGahee Jr, plays like an over aggressive running back as an edge rusher. There is one other player who self described as an over aggressive running back playing defensive end. That was Derrick Thomas. Adam, this is a bold statement for a dark horse. I hope you are correct!
6:54 Quinn Clark, 6 foot, 590 pounds! I bet he ran an impressive 40 for that weight. 😂 (Ok, ok. Adam clearly said 6’5", 190 pounds, but TH-cam transcript/captions shows that as 6 foot 590)
@@smothersu3932A distinction though. There’s a difference between losing a player you ranked highly and still wanted and letting a player know he should consider other options, because you have your sights set higher now.
Adam, I might question whether or not a 4-star recruit can truly be a “dark horse,” like Tarver, but I’ll back you on McGahee IV-so much family legacy. I have two dark horses: Amare Sanders at corner. Length and speed to cover taller receivers. Needs that strength and conditioning help you spoke of. Rex Guthrie, Safety. I believe we’ve seen players like him, think Garrett Nelson. Rex just strikes me as a hard hitting player, and a hard hitting safety can be a game changer.
Adam did you see the tape on Wilhite? I don't think it showed 1 sack. I love guys that can stuff the run and reroute running backs but until we get some speedy savages that opposing QBs worry about it's the same ole story. They converted on 3rd and long....again.....wait I've seen this movie.
I truly believe there’s at least 3 diamonds in the rough in this class! What do you think Husker Nation? CarrikerChronicles.com
Hope your wrong and we have more than three
I want to see Malachi kick it loose this year. He's a great kid. 😊
I believe, just based on size, that 6’5 kid from Montana is going to be a MONSTER at wide receiver for Nebraska. He’s going to be a GO TO target for Raiola. Watch, it’s gonna happen. Great add for the team!
Quinn Clark is my choice !!!!! He goes for the ball more savagely than anyone I have seen in years...........and he is fast.
GBR!!! I'm actually very excited for this year!! Let's go!
GBR!
Dude McGahee has mad potential. I'm excited about him.
Willis is my top underrated player. His hands are very fast, he would get threw the line with easy.

Switchfoot's "Dark Horses" is a great song. Oh yeah, and GBR!
👍👍

IM Hipp was Nebraska's most famous walk on 1977-1979 look him up .

Yep!
Great to hear Nebraska is allowing walk-on true diamonds in the rough willing to play without a scholarship

Very cool!
I think danny kalen is a dark horse for QB1
Me too
MaGahee will be a stud! Count on it. I'm loving how Rhule and his staff are recruiting. GBR!
In my opinion these guys will make the biggest impact by staying with the program long enough to develop.
Good back story love it when you put in personal experiences into the conversation you played in the nfl do more
✊✊
Love the shirt!
Love the potential our team has going forward.
👍👍
I belive we have more than 3.....we getting back to what nebraska football should be...and one day my grandson will be there.

MaGahee... understands what it's like to be around high level football so he has a leg up on everyone.

Possibly Quinn Clark and I hope I don't butcher it too bad but wouldn't be surprised if mahahee steps up
Is Kenny Wilhite, (former Husker), related to this Wilhite kid?
Danny Dimes is my diamond in the rough. He beat out tough competition at the Elite 11 Finals to win the accuracy challenge. The guy got a bad wrap because Bellevue West struggled his senior season.
i've been in the brotherhood alum 1979

Another legacy guy is Caleb Benning a born leader.
ADAM MUST SHARE HIS NEBRASKA RECRUITMENT STORY!!
Will do someday.
My cousin Jake Hinshaw ( u.N.L. Grad) is a hunting and fishing guide in Bozeman.

Willis, hitting the weight room
Those Fla. guys if they buy in to what Rhule is selling will be special .

Willis magahee 4 comes from a very good football lineage
I think McGahee will make most. Think you missed on today signee Kahmir Prescott. Our Freshman RB will have breakout if he earns playingtime
Prescott isn't a scholarship signee. He will be what is stated as a *premium* walk on
So Dylan Raiola must be starter ? Since no late transfers
Still more transfer portal openings.
Kaelin has shot and if new QB coach can tune up HH..?
I wouldn't be surprised if DR wins the starting job. There's a reason he, for all intents & purposes, is a program changing commit.

I love your content but you had a lot of interviews with legends, coaches, freshman my question to you Adam where is Tommy?
I interviewed Tommie Frazier during the football season. It’s on my TH-cam channel under “Interviews.”
I'm sorry Adam I truly forgot you did an interview with tommy

Brother Hood Adam? I am not a brother. Sister maybe.

We won't know the diamonds in the ruff until they burst on the seen that's the beauty of it . Don't bad mouth the prior husker coaches bro not nice.
@jesseevans1448 The Nebraska 2026 in state recruits class is special arguably the best in several decades ...
