      Hi Gabiche. Your hair transplant journey is very inspirational. I’m looking into DHI Global for a better hairline, and these people seem to be way in front of the rest when it comes to hair transplants.

    Is finasteride is compulsory for transpalnted hair to maintain it for life long or however this transpalnted hair are permanent?

    • @Gabiche
      @Gabiche  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Transplanted hair is permanent. If you use other medicine such as finasteride of Minoxidil, it's more for the natural hair. It will prevent them from falling out that fast by slowing down the hairfall process.

    Thanks for take time to show this process so detailed. I have got a hair transplant 1.5 months ago, I'm very excited and happy. I have a question, what about shockloss? Your process looks so clean and ideal, I'm dealing with desert stage, congrats bro! 👍🏼

    • @Gabiche
      @Gabiche  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Miguel, congrats with your recent hair transplant! I hope you will have excellent results in a couple of months. I admit that you need to be patient because the healing and growing takes time. Concerning shock loss, I didn't really experience any. However, I experienced some light shedding around 6 - 7 months. I felt like I've lost some density but with time it went back to normal :) Don't you worry because the first couple of weeks/months your hair can look weird. But the true end results are often only visible after 12 - 18 months. If you do think there is a serious problem, I recommend contacting your clinic with pictures of your head, and I'm sure they will give you all the advice needed! Wish you happy growing and good luck with your results 👍

    i reached today my 92 days (aka 3 months) and still waiting for the growth... it is really so hard to wait, especially if you remove yourself from the outside world and spend all weekends at home... if i would choose again, i think i would think twice, only because of the loneliness at home...

    • @Gabiche
      @Gabiche  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you're someone who has a very active social life, the first couple of months can be difficult to stay at home, indeed. Try to remind yourself that it's temporary and you will look so much better and feel 10 times more confident. Be patient, and it will be all right! ☺️ If you're already in your 3rd month, you won't have to wait that much longer anymore. It will start to become less noticeable that you did a hair transplant. I'm sure by the time it's summer it will be much better already. You'll see. Wish you all the best. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a quick hair recovery for you 😉🤞

But if it happens with you, don't you worry. It's perfectly normal and if you have any concerns you can always send some pictures to your doctor and he will definitely tell you if it's normal or not :) good luck!

    how many grafts is this?

  • @caramelbiscoff5075
    @caramelbiscoff5075 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    In respects of the hair line. Do they give you an option in how you want it or they decide themselves?

    • @Gabiche
      @Gabiche  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      They draw the new hairline themselve, regarding of your current hairline you currently have and that goes along with the shape of your head. Then they show you the drawing in a mirror and you can still discuss with your doctor whether or not you're ok with it. But I think they won't change a lot of the original 'sketch' on your head. For instance I asked to lower the hairline a bit more, but for me it was better to keep it like this because of my young age and they wished to preserve a maximum of grafts on the donor area so they didn't change it. After all, they are the experts and I'm happy of the way it turned out to be. Hope this answer helped you!

      Hi, I did the smallest session available (due to my young age) and it costed € 3.900, however if you want to know the cost for a more regular hair transplant, or even a bigger one, you can see all the information about prices with the total amount of transplanted hairs over here 👉 th-cam.com/video/Rs4iah9-jYU/w-d-xo.html please note that those are the prices for the DHI method, and not just a FUE or FUT. Also it's for the clinic in Paris where I went to. Prices may vary in different countries of course. Hope you have all the information needed. Cheers

      Doctors may prescribe you minoxidil and finasteride to take as long as you don’t want to lose your natural hair. Personally, I think I’m going to take it while I’m young to enjoy some more hair in my 20’s and once I reach my 40’s I’m stopping it all and go for a badass shaved look 😎 but we’ll see with time. Perhaps until then there will be some new permanent solutions without taking medicine. Hope this answers your question!

    To be honest, I think the doctor gave you more than 1500 hairs, it looks more like 1500 grafts.. 1500 hairs is more like 700 grafts on average -that coverage does not look like 700 grafts.

    • @Dbf1339

      Yeah he must have meant grafts because they covered a nice size area 700-800 grafts would be a small small area

    • @Gabiche
      @Gabiche  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi, in my first videos I always said that I did a hair transplant with "1.500 grafts" and a couple of days later, my clinic called me saying that the information I was sharing was wrong. That I had a hair transplant with "1.500 transplanted hairs", which is not the same. Now, if the surgeon gave me much more than asked, well, I won't complain because normally I should have paid much more then if it would be the case 😅 but maybe it's because I did a DHI intervention and not a FUE or FUT, that can perhaps also explain the difference in results

    I'm not sure if it's because your hair is dark and skin is pale, but I don't like the first inch of density here, I don't think it's enough. The frontal area needs to be packed with grafts, with singles at the front, otherwise you end up with this very unnatural hairline, with thick mature grafts at the front and gaps between them.
