Ones' and Two's Complement are Disaster in Japanese. How to Make Possessives in English(in Japanese)

DONE IN JAPANESE! NO ENGLISH SUBTITLE!
Ones' complement and two's complement is basic notion in computer science but somehow disaster in Japanese language. I believe totally misleading because there's no difference between two's complement and twos' complement which English has by changing a position of the apostrophe. we deserve better!
