I have eyes and ears everywhere. No vacation or or trip abroad is safe. I'll be coming for your weekends and public holidays next. 😉 Totally with you on that Bladnoch 11! Great video and great picks, buddy! 🥃
@@Gwhisky Hahaha you're like an alcoholic Santa pushing me away from my family in to the loving arms of whisky! Thanks for the challenge dude, this was fun to make 😃 🥃
GWhisky is always watching and that was good of you to help him out. Great seeing your alternatives from your picks from the roundtable. Enjoy your holiday mate, cheers!
@@WhiskyWars Hmm well I'm no courier expert but that parcel might not arrive 😅 Sorry mate, it sucks when that happens but I'm sure you'll find a good alternative. Looking forward to watching yours 🥃
Which would be my regional picks... Hands down my favorite whiskies are from the islands (not necessarily from, but definitely including Islay). Tobermory is a really good one IMO, of course Lagavulin and Ardbeg are quite nice. My second favorite region would probably be Speyside (with Speyside being pretty much the VAG of the whisky world, they've just got a lot of variety, and a bunch of world famous brands come from there).
@@SwapBlogRU Yeah Tobermory is doing fantastic stuff with both Ledaig and Tobermory. My only issue with them is when they use full maturation in fortified wine casks, the casks overpower the spirit. So I like them quite simple. Absolutely Speyside has so much good stuff you'll never feel wanting. Thanks for watching 😃🥃
Fun to watch through and hear your thoughts. As for the mystery pour.... that one is terrible, as a Canadian, I'm always diheartened to see it on anyone's shelf. As you said, filtered and tired. Thanks for the video, cheers!
Hi Sertug, damned, challenged on holidays ??? You're very brave to do it, and on top of that to have to do editing (don't know how you do it, honestly & it takes time). i said to Jeff I will do the challenge some day but I'm late to do it (so won't answer here but have to think of it more). Cheers & enjoy your holidays !
@@GregsWhiskyGuide Ah Greg I'm just using any excuse to day drink and talk about whisky really 😅 These challenges are hard to think about as there are so many great whiskies but it's always cool to see other people's choices 🥃
@@McIntyresMalts Thanks brother it really means a lot coming from you. I love your lightning situation. Honestly I was just next to a window and nothing special. I really need to up my light game somehow

Challenge accepted my friend! I have to admit, that longrow has long evaded me. I bought it in February but it never arrived 🥲 enjoy your holidays!

@@McIntyresMalts Gorgeous whisky!
Another great set of picks, Sertug. You're putting the rest of us to shame, even while on holiday.
@@whiskywhereabouts Hah did Geoff tell you to say these to soften the blow 😅 Nah thank you Tim but any excuse to day drink and shoot a video right 😃🥃

Glad you liked it Jon. It's good to know that I'm not the only one who didn't enjoy this CC20, such a shame. Thanks for watching, cheers
Great nomination too!

@@whiskyonthewestcoast Dude it's so bad! I really was quite sad to realise how tasteless and unremarkable it was.
Nice one. Would you be interested in doing a short interview about your TH-cam channel and analytics with my son for his master’s thesis?
