You really can't negotiate anything more than a pittance on the NCX models (NCX is official Honda import to Cambodia), even with cash in hand. If you had gone down the street to any of the other shops that sell that same model, you would find the same thing. I think there are some strict rules about discounting for the NCX models. We tried to do same as you on a Scoopy-i NCX model and it was the same situation with that dealer and another half dozen shops.
