- Karnataka Hijab Controversy | Asaduddin Owaisi Exclusive | UP Election 2022: The Karnataka Hijab controversy has heated up the politics in the whole country. There has been a ruckus in the schools and colleges of Karnataka after the hijab ban row. BJP has alleged Congress over this issue. While AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi had an exclusive conversation with Aajtak on this issue. Owaisi stated that if a girl is already wearing a hijab, then why was this issue raised suddenly. He also raised allegations over BJP Government citing data from National Statistics.

In Sikhism turban and Beared is mandotry that's why in government colleges, Schools, government offices and Indian army they are allowed to practice turban and Beared. Understand there is something called optional and mandotry.
If the lawyer will prove successfully that Hijab is Mandatory. Then I think court will allow to wear hijab in schools and colleges.
Aur waise bhi kai countries me muslim women ko Hijab allowed even in police and army for example Newzealand and Australia.
If any thing is optional in a religion then take refrence of these supreme court verdicts - IAF Muslim Airman case 2006 - in which a Muslim man was dismissed from air force for having Beared then supreme court uphold this issue by saying it is not mandatory for Muslim men to have Beared. Beared is optional.
Ananda Marga Case 2004 - Supreme Court didn't allow a sect of Sanatan religion to do tandav on road because they couldn't prove that it is mandatory.
If we talk about constitutional rights for example article 25(1) says "Right to freely to profess, practice and propogate religion. But Constitution guarantees rights under some reasonable restrictions such as public order, morality and health. I think hijab pahnane se in restrictions ka violation nhi hoga. Again this is not enough to prove that Muslim girls should wear hijab in schools for this the lawyer will have to prove that it is mandatory in Islam for women. Hope justice will prevail and our sisters will allowed to practice Hijab.
Jis tarah pagdi ko integrate kiya gya hai uniform me waise hijab bhi kiya jaa sakta hai infact itne saalon se muslim ladkiyan hijab pahen rhi hai school and Colleges me as part of their uniform. Lekin achanak sabko problem hogyi.
