I think the most difficult part in drawing is the SECOND eyes and arm
Edit in 07/01/2021: i don't think my comment has many likes like that. I always feel confident with my character's face, but after a year i quickly realised that my character's whole body is suck and your picture can not be beautiful with just a head on on your paper

I’m not here to self-shaming myself nor criticise my art although it’s only a meme. I don’t want to do that. Huta chan put this up as an encouragement for us young artist to never give up by showing how drastic her improvements are within 10 years. I get it- not all people can improve fast as she is, but putting things such as “I only added hair and/or still drawing stickman throughout 10 years as my improvements lol” is actually guilt-tripping the artist a lot.
As an artist myself, I always faced with those kind of comments. I know that it feels like we’re complimenting on their art, but it’s really the opposite. It’s like saying;
“Seeing your improvements and achievements had made my self-esteem goes lower at the time. Whilst you do deserves credit and gratitude, I’m gonna show you how it feels for me”
Something along those lines I couldn’t really express properly.
The point is, stop criticising yourself. Instead, try to take others improvements as your encouragement- as a flame that’ll spark your determination of wanting to get better. Instead of just criticising yourself, try to examine and analyse the improvement.
That’s it I guess. I’m sorry if I hurt any of your feelings. My deepest apologies and keep on improving! One day, you’ll find yourself better :)

I definitely agree, although I'm gonna try again, my attemp was horrible but after a few years of drawing Anime, I feel like I can improve, I also dont have the equipment the other people have but the only things that matter are the pencil, eraser and paper.

I’m not an expert or anything but maybe I can offer you a tip that works really well for me: practice drawing from reference photos of real people, and draw simply what you see and not what you THINK you know. Even if it looks weird or wrong just go with it, don’t think too much. After you’re done shading everything will come together and it will look realistic.

i think a lot of people who spend time doing drawing a lot forget one of the most impotent things when making a art piece
and that's taking their time to draw a full piece.

You really inspire me huta chan! Back on 2020, I used to draw anime like characters and my line art is terrible same as through with the anatomy of my drawing. Now, I've improved so much because you inspired me to be a great artist. Now, I'm not having a hard time sketching my own character. Hopefully, soon I will be able to start my own yt channel. I just need to practice more!

My improvement is:
2012: Stickman doodles.
2013-2014: Bodies start to look less like a stickman.
2015: Anime phase.
2016: Realism practice
2017-2019: Discontinuation because of discouragement.
2020: Starting over again.
So basically, to aspiring artists, don't give up on your passion no matter what happens! Don't follow my path from two years ago and miss out on alot of opportunities in your passion! Don't be weighed down up to the point where you would have to drop your passion.
Also, Huta chan, thank you and the other youtubers, for inspiring me to start drawing again. I am now strong as ever to start lifting my passion up once again ^^

I remember seeing one of your vids. Instead of being like 'Wow i wish i was like her but i can't even draw a line.' I was ' Omg she's so good. I'm gonna practise to be just like her and my sis'( because she's also an awesome drawer) Now here i am. I'm still not a very good drawer but i've definitely improved.
