I have installed an SBC and connected to the Provider. The provider told us that we should work with FQDN and not IP address. In regards DNS query , it seems that SBC is sending only type A, but the provider is expecting DNS SRV. The problem that I'am having is that I do not know how to configure the DNS to send DNS SRV query. I have SBC v. 6.3. I saw in a documentation from v. 6.2 that this setting was available in Routing Profile, but in v. 6.3 is not there anymore... That's why I do not get an IP address for the FQDN. Please help. Thanks a lot.
