There is also a drama with Chen Si and Zhu Moyan that has a lot of the elements of Rosecrown (ex high school crush, ml family who dotes on the FL and others) but it also has a lot of other extras so it looks like it was Rosecrown but it not quite it. Anyway, I love love love this version. I also appreciate how the entire story, save the part of the scummy ex, is just about the journey of two gentle souls finding their way into love. And I'd just wanna add, despite the scenes of Lou Ran trying her best to seduce Xie Yanli into making their marriage real as opposed to the contract/agreement they had, this drama retains an air of innocence between the two. I really enjoyed this drama. It is still one of my go-to dramas if I want something feel-good to watch.
