I have seen a video about konthong. I'm from Philippines. I always see that place in my dreams not knowing it was actually a place in real life. I would walk barefoot in this rich brown soil, sometimes even running, jumping and climbing through trees, houses with no electricity surrounded by beautiful green plants. I have always been fond of humming, and my husband would ask me what song it was and would just smile and tell him that its not an actual tune of a song, I was just humming. I'm crying. I've always been fascinated by the rich culture of India and I have been even more fascinated because of these places. I love rural life more than the city. I hope to be able to visit India someday especially in Tibet and ofcourse Konthong.
I feel blessed everyday to be born in Himachal. our culture, folk music valleys, water bodies like rivulets and amazing waterfalls, landscapes snow covered mountains hamlets, geography, evergreen pine forest mountains, drives are all pure bliss and all himalayan belt flows winds of peace calm and joy. There is so much here to feel blessed about. I am blessed to be born here. Thank you life!. 💐
Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Instead of criticizing or arguing about the best, one should be proud to be an Indian because whatever it is uploaded be it be eastern,western, northern or southern regions its in India. There are many more places in Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh and kashmir just our people dont want to know them so governments dont work on them. In Switzerland there is a village called Grindelwald with just 4000 people and its called Europe's most beautiful place they develop their villages for Turism but in India its still too far but Leaders like Modi can bring a massive change in India.
Lots of villages are beautiful in Uttrakhand, You missed masoorie, Lansdown etc Most of the villages are not tourist places but you'll be surprise to see how beautiful they are.
Himachal pradesh villages looks like American countryside / county (places like in montana, west virginia ) with all those pine trees and icy mountains.
