Bisa dibuktikan dari sekian banyak penyanyi baru Indonesia (&Asia) yang bermunculan, mereka terdengar jauh lebih enak ketika menyanyikan lagu berbahasa Inggris namun kemudian menjadi so-so bahkan terdengar sedikit "aneh" ketika menyanyikan bahasa ibu mereka masing-masing tentunya dengan kelebihan dan kekuranganx masing2. Dan sebagai orang yang pernah lah ya mengenyam pengalaman di dunia industri musik, dilema para produser dan perusahaan rekaman saat ini kebanyakan kurang lebih ya sperti ini, terutama yg major label. Pengen ngikutin perkembangan jaman modern dengab makin mudahnya akses ke dunia luar yg tentunya penuh dengan bahasa asing namun mereka juga kudu wajib fardhu ain kuasai juga pasar lokal di mana ternyata musik western modern saat ini cukup "awkward" ketika dibawakan dengan bahasa Indonesia (terlebih lagi skrg anak muda makin banyak yg menyelipkan bahkan menggunakan English drpd Indonesia dalam keseharian) bukan karena tidak bagus namun selalu ada pilihan "jika ini menjadi full English pasti akan jauh lebih kasih impact ke listener". Namun apa ada daya, jualan pertama ya kudu pasar lokal dong yah. So, yeah this is one of the fact from music industry.
