70/70 is a good rule but my humidor is set to 13 g/m3 absolute humidity. So depending of the temperature, the humidity vary in consequence.I use esphome and home assistant to do so.
Ideal humidity depends on the climate you live in and may even change throughout the year. The best humidity is whatever you like best, just don't let them dry out and go crispy, and don't keep them so humid they grow mold.
