I can't sleep when I can't hear any sound around. It feels really suffocating, like, the darkness trying to swallow you whole. That's why I always put this kind of music on and imagining I sleep in a lovely forest with magical creatures like unicorns, fairies, griffins, and dryads. It really helps me to sleep 😂 And one day my mom also said that she loves the music I play before I'm going to sleep. She said that she feels at ease. Thank you so much❤️✨

Been listening to this pretty much every night for a little over a month. It slaps honestly. Like I have had the most horrid time trying to fall asleep ever since I was a kid, always took me a good 30+ minutes. With this I’m out in 5 max. Like I can only really remember the song transitioning into another only once before getting knocked out. I think it’s the familiarity of the songs yk having grown up on them and also the soft soothing instrumental. Quiets my brain and makes me feel all floaty and comforted. Really thank you for this video 😭💙
