Girl, thank you for getting the message out there about ISR swim lessons! I'm a Cajun mama of one girl and two boys living in south Louisiana. Everywhere in acadiana (the area I live) all you see in people's yards is ponds. My property that my husband and I own where we will build our house has an almost 2 acre pond. Accidents happen. A child can easily fall in. I'm looking desperately looking for an ISR instructor or school and haven't had any luck with finding one. You'd think we'd have many that have the classes, but all I can find is basic swim instructors, which isn't enough. Our children need to be taught how to save themselves in case they fall in. You never think it will happen to your child until it does. If you're reading this, please get your child in some if you can find one. It's literally life saving! I love watching your vlogs Olivia! One of the few vloggers that I watch now that's still relatable!

Everyone saying to us moms that we need to get time for ourselves, how do you do that? Do you have kids? I’m all alone with my 3 kids most of the week and my “me time” is cleaning up when they are put to bed ,taking a shower if I have energy for it (mostly I shower with my youngest) I never have time to read/listen to a book or stuff like that🤷🏼♀️ cleaning and having all in order is my way of taking care of my peace within me because I can’t stand it being messy 😳 that’s something that makes me feel bad so please everyone,have in mind that a mom cleaning when the kids is sleeping can also be a way of taking care of ourselves because waking up to a mess can make us feel drained of energy 🙏🏼❤️

I also will make myself fold as soon as it’s done so I don’t end up with huge piles of clean laundry laying around. I’m a stay at home mama also, and it can get overwhelming sometimes. Have a wonderful and blessed 2023 if Gracelyn gets a headache and you don't have any medication to give her or you run out of medication cut up four slices of cold raw potatoes put two slices in the middle of her forehead and the two end parts of the potato go on the end of the right and left side of the forehead tie the potatoes with a bandana have Gracelyn lay down and relax and within about an hour of her resting with the potatoes on her head her headache should go away if it hasn't gone away repeat the process but it will usually go away.🥳

You are super mom! Hey, you know caffeine bothers me too. I recently found out I have EDS and Dysautonomia so apparently caffeine can have really bad effects for people with these conditions. Like I would get migraines and racing heart and all sorts of things! Sugar is another trigger. I love to see how amazing Gigi is doing with swim! We built a pool in our yard this year and swim safety is so important

So caffeine actually started giving me really bad headaches when I would drink it, so shockingly no longer drinking it & doing decaf has helped!!
