The three Seashells in the bar are from the movie demolition man, which is what they use to wipe. It's never explained how they're used, but that's what they're for

95% sure they're glowing moss balls. It's a recipe you can find on Cap'n islands or on the beach at Happy Homes Paradise DLC.
