this is Robiul from Bangladesh .I am a seafarer serving job as 3rd mate in a bulk ship of japan. As a I took class 3 certificate of confidence , now I want to procced towards next class 2 exam . so is there any opportunity that I can take class 2 or 1st mate or STCW || / 1 nautical officer of the watch certificate from yours. I know NMIT is best for maritime study .
