Hey kai, new to the channel! Just want to say congratulations on establishing your goals for this new year. These are a lot of goals, meaning it'll be more difficult to accomplish. I don't like seeing anyone falling behind their goals, and if you ever do, the problem may reside within your system rather than goals. I read this book called Atomic Habits by James Clear, an expert on habits, and it gave me a whole new view on achieving success, not goals. It'd be too much to describe here, but basically he suggests that to achieve your desired result, you must become the type of person to achieve your goal, which may not be your "current" self. I recommend checking his book out, he gives out so many new perspectives on things I hadn't thought about until I read it. Happy 2025!
Good luck you can do all those goals as long as you have a game plan to fit it all in your schedule. I have sooo many goals too! I’m going to try to make more videos with an actual point this year. Haha finally got Vid IQ and I’m currently doing a version of a no spend month from here to end of March. Also I’m going to try to actually workout finally. And trying to not eat out much… wish us luck!
Yay! I need to catch up on your latest videos but you’ve already been doing so great! Definitely show your no spend month I need some inspo lol your food choices are always top notch! I’m sure you guys will do great finding balance (:
