Hello dear friend, my delphi ds150 does not turn on the LED lights when I connect it. I installed several drivers and programs but none of them work, it doesn't turn on the lights even when I plug it into the car. It also doesn't let me update the firmware through the program because it tells me that it doesn't detect a vci, nor does it let me do the test. I hope you can help me, thank you.
A friend connected a Chinese Delphi to a BMW. He had the vehicle repaired at an authorized service center. Since then, the diagnostic does not work with the rear vehicle. The PC can see the diagnostics, the diagnostics program loads and plays the firmware, but the OBD II ols part does not work, a communication error pops up, the relay clicks 3x on my car when I try to load it, it should click 5x correctly (tested on my diagnostics) in the evening I actively looked for and measured parts dps and I found defective transistors marked J3Y. I will try to resolder the ordered ones when they arrive and see what happens next.

Wenn ich die firmware updaten will leuchtet es blau und nicht rot und jedes Mal bricht es ab und dann steht auch jedes Mal prüfen sie die Kabel Verbindungen und alles aber es ist alles angeschlossen. Bin verzweifelt. Ist es vllt kaputt ?! Weil es kam neu an. Wenn du ein Tipp hättest oder mir helfen könntest wäre sehr nett. Mfg Alex

Hi. See that maybe you have problems with the port as it was in the other video. He had no contact and had the symptoms you say. Try another new preferred cable from old printers because they are the best, and check the usb port on the motherboard

@@Wouterlambregts Give me more information, just like at the doctor, it is not enough to say that it hurts, where and for how long. When you plug it into the obd jack does it have power? When you connect it to the laptop, you hear the specific sound that recognizes the driver. Did you update the firmware from the software? Did you look to see if the software and diagnostics are installed on the same usb port
@@YOYODiagnostic it has power, it recognises USB, it even starts scanning and lights start going blue and green, I did the com port thingy but still only get the code no response from car, I've tried the same clone from a friend and that definitely works, but when I hook up mine on his software, same problem mine reads as a Delphi 150e I believe
@@Wouterlambregts you may have a very weak clone. I have a video on this channel where I show the difference between a good and a bad dual board clone. If yours shows that the weak one then don't waste your time, it is good to throw away, because the connections on the motherboard are missing.
that's your big problem? on both ds100 or ds150 models is this error. after the man will show you for free and comment against. Is it so important that the title is not spelled correctly or does I not speak perfect English? or it is more important how to repair them after you have been fooled by internet sellers
This stupid thing works only when you bring laptop into car, device have Bluetooth but there is no android app to connect to, phone detects it also via BT but it is useless! Also i tried to test it on my desktop computer but this damn thing need additional 12V power and it does not work via usb cable ... ridiculous 😂😧
Well almost 10years ago there was no such big diagnostic soft on phones. Thats the reason. U can have laptop on the desk close to car and that was enough. Its just old not ridiculous.

ja, platine und prozessor des clones werden über den ODB Stecker mit Strom versorgt.

i cannot to connect to abs module for kia ceed 2007 , why ?
Because:
1. you are using a Clone and it doesn't connect.
2. you have no communication with ABS (broken cable or broken ABS module).
Mine is testing ok, upgrade ok but still cant connect to ECU

Given how powerful this device is(when it works) then buying old designated laptop for it is no big deal. I use it with T42 😱 🙂
