Sheep's wool is of course heavily coated with lanolin a natural waterproofing material that is extracted when wool is processed and used in cosmetics and moisturisers.
Makes the best skin salve for working hands.
A pinch is between 1/8 and 1/16th of a teaspoon.
I loved that this puzzle had quite a few answers with double letters! Great solve
And at one point I had US TIP instead of US MAP 😂
20 minutes for me, 8 minutes faster than my average. Yeah, mostly pretty approachable, I just got hung up with SIGH / HTS at the end.
To be fair i don't think it's the water itself that makes sweaters shrink, but rather the heat and the spinning in the machine 🙂
