Great source, thanks! I bought a few BCA barrels & rifles a couple months ago & haven't been able to use them because none of them has a freebore - these should do the trick.
I use Manson reamers and tooling exclusively in our shop. I think it's always a good idea to at least have reamers and go/no go gauges made by the same company.
I haven't, but it happens. Usually caused by overloading the reamer or feeding to far and packing the flutes. Sometimes binding from misalignment and sometimes bad heat treat
