The Govt should not leave this matter to the Minister alone because I think this is bigger than him. The Minister is spot on when he says we are targeted, let us look at other events that have happened in the past e.g the American embassy releasing a statement to its citizens that they would be an attack ( that shows that the government is not in control but another government from another country or continent is).
