    Natatawa na lang ako shout out po sa my ari ng cable car alam ko po mabait ka po pero nagtataka lang po ako bakit nag balik si sir phil actually ang alam ko po natanggal n siya dahil sa personal reason nangyare yung incedent sa cc. Ortigas by the way po pala sana pakinggan niyo yung employee nyo sinasayang niyo po yung magagaling na employe na nag papakahirap ginagawang kaibigan yung mga guest para tumaas yung mga sales prinopromote yung cable car kahit na delay yung sc kahit n Kami madalas humarap sa guest complain kht na my supervisor naman hello po ako yung tinanggal niyo dahil sa late pero blessing n Din yun kase hindi ko na nalalanghap yung amoy usok ng yosi 😊 kc nung time na yun ei pregnant ako at sa supervisor ko dati mag bago kana po habang maaga pa yun lng thank you

    I'm a regular at cable car makati. Sobrang bait ng mga employee nila and naging regular talaga kami dahil din sakanila. Pero sobrang nakakaawa kasi samin din sila nagrereklamo na delay daw lagi ang pasahod. Matagal ng ganiyan yang cablecar.

    ACTUALLY IM FROM CABLE CAR ORTIGAS BRANCH! Resign na ko. Netong august lang then nakakainis lang kung bakit kailangan ko pang mag antay ng 120 days para makuha yung service charge ko putcha pag sakinla wala kang karapatan. Yan mga taga accounting pa ang matapang! Lalo na yang mga taga HR TAKOT YANG MGA YAN! Kasi wala silang mukang ihaharap dadaanin kayo sa sindak nyang mga yan. ILANG BESES KAMI NAGPABALIK BALIK KAY IDOL RAFFY PERO DAHIL SA NAG IISTART NA YUNG HEARING NAMIN DI NA KAMI NATULUNGAN DIAN. Pero sana naman diba wag nyo na kami pag antayin ng 120 days para lng makuha yan pinaghirapan naman namin yan jusko! Inantay nyo pa dumating sa point na umabot kayo sa ganto kaya ngayon lalong problema sainyo yan. Yang mga galamay ng BOSS Namin dian sa cable car yan ang may problema. Di mga marunong mag handle! Well goodluck see you sa dole!

      naghihintay pa na magkainterest ung mga pera nyo bago ibigay!kaya malalakas ang loob ng mga iyan because of their one sided corporate lawyers!kita nyo bangko,nakalagay pa sa window na,please count your money before leaving the window.kasi,once na tumalikod ka at kulang ang pera mo,e maghahabol ka na sa tambol mayor,hindi mo na makukuha pera mo!pero,kapag sila ang nagkamali ng bigay at hindi mo binalik agad,demanda aabutin mo!mga walanghiya talaga lahat iyang mga bangko at companies na mga iyan!

      Maganda parin noong kapanahunan namin we back 1994 masaya at intak ang service charge ngayon walang kwentang may ari lalo ni si paolo at manga co owner nya manga bopols.

    Pati sa cable car ortigas. Delayed ang sahod ng almost 5days then, nung september 10. Kulang pasahod nila ng 2500, so may balance pa na until now dipa nabibigay. Nanganak pa misis ko, first baby cesareab tapos di.nila maibigay sc at yung kulang na sahod na pinaghirapan ng misis ko. Sana makarating sainyo to. Kasalukuyang nasa ospital misis ko di makalabas dahil sa bayarin

    Sa lahat ng tanong walang nasagot ng maayos un phil. Yung regarding naman sa "Internal leak" na sinasabi nun phil pwd naman cla makakuha history record ng bank account nila to detect qng saan napupunta yung pera. I don"t see the point Mr. Phil, may mga pamilya un mga empleyado nio, wag kau MANGGULANG ng TAO!!!

    Cable car restobar, kung wala kayong pampasweldo sa mga kawawang employees ninyo, magsara na lang kayo! Hindi na nila problema kung naloko kayo ng accountant ninyo or may inside job na nangyari sa opisina ninyo. Sana wag na kayo tangkilikin ng mga kababayan natin. Mga dorobo ang management ninyo!

    Currently an employee of Cable Car. Sobrang delayed salaries, di nagbibigay ng service charge for years now. Dami utang. Sa empleyado, sa real pinagpupwestuhan ng mga branches, napa-padlockan pa dahil delay din bayad nila.

    Dont resign wala kayong makukuhang seperation pay nyan technical masyado kc yan... Isang kalokohan ng restaurants ung breakage eh kasama sa costing ng menu price ung mga utensils at equipments so wala dapat sinisingil na breakages or kinukuha sa service charge na ganyan...

    13th month ko nung nagresign ako hindi nila binigay ang reason nila nagresign na daw kasi ako, pinagpasadiyos ko nalang mukhang mas kailangan nila ng pera, magaling talaga si lord. Magulo talaga sa company na yan buti wala nako.

    Separation pay pa kayong nalalaman wla naman kaming napalang separation pa kasi sabi nyo wala. Un na ung mga pending naming service charge ang tinuturing nyong separation pay. Pero partial pa d naman kami mga bombay. 🙄😑😤

    Matter of budgeting yan, may approval naman yan, before clearing, umaasa lang talaga sila sa SC to cover for their cash, kawawa naman ung accounting, taga process lang sila ung approval is from management din. Idol! Pinagcocover nila ung SC sa shortage nila

    Service charge, binayaran na yan ng customer nyo. Paano Magta-trabaho ng tama ang empleyado nyo Kung Pati service charge na dapat sa kanila, kinukuha nyo pa. Wala kayong awa!!!! Maghanap na lang kayo nang bagong employer.

    Yung manager nyo bobo sumagot haha. Paano naging manager yan. Di nya lam yung sinasabi nya. Ung mga palusot nya wala sa lugar. Wag kayong papayag na ilipat sa agency at mag resign. Intayin nyo tanggalin kau para mabayadan ung years of service nyo. pero sobrang ingat kc hahanapan kau nyan ng butas para matanggal kau para wala kaung makuha. Malaki laban nyo. Laban lang. Malaki makukuha nyo kc ang tagal na di binigay service charge nyo. At years ang service nyo. Salamat idol raffy sana madami pa kaung matulungan. Good health po sa inyo at sa buong family.

    it is an elementary rule that any employee who voluntarily resign is not entitled to separation pay unless it is stipulated in the contract.. i thought the company is in the verge of bankruptcy that is why they suggested to transfer the employees to an agency for their protection. but the manager said its not so this is just an alibi for them to pass on their obligations to the agency.. lame excuse.. hai.. i.dole na yan..
