I did the same thing when I was pregnant. I actually had it playing in the delivery room to help keep me relaxed and calm. My daughter was brought into the world with this music. She's 6 weeks old and this music also helps keep her calm and relaxed during her bouts with colic.
it's nice to know that in this moment from all over the world many strangers are listening to this beautiful music. someone Is crying, others smiling, someone Is studying or falling asleep, someone else is hoping that tomorrow will be a better day. even if i will never meet you i wish you a happy life. however you too are part of my happiness when in the evening or in the morning we will find ourselves here listening to the same beautiful music. Stop reading the comments. take a break. walk around a little, eat a snack, and drink some water as well. your brain needs fuel to function correctly. You can do this, just breath. You're gonna get a good grade on whatever you're studying for, whether its tests, finals, or if you just wanna do better. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you're stuck. Don't overwork yourself. Respect your body and its limits. Your health and well being is more important than a graded piece of paper. You got this.
If you're trying to sleep:
Stop reading the comments. Get some water and/or a light snack. Put your device down and close your eyes. Cover yourself with your blanket. Relax your mind. Think happy thoughts. Your problems aren't whats important right now. You need rest so you can face tomorrow with everything you've got. Don't worry, you'll be okay. Just relax. Nothing can hurt you now, you're safe. I know whatever it is won't last forever and will come to pass

Enjoy yourself. It's good that you are relaxing, you're an amazing and beautiful person. You deserve rest 100%, and whatever you're going through is just a part of life; you can pull through. I know you're strong. Just relax and let your worries melt away like winter into spring as you take this time to just be one wit yourself. Listen to your body, and listen to your heart. This was my dog's favorite piano playlist. It helped him through some really tough and stressful times. Thank you. You have no idea the peace this music gave him or the amount of times he finally slept while this was playing. I just lost him yesterday. I will continue to listen to this in his honor.

As a child I lived for Disney. I loved every character from Mickey Mouse to Arielle. I just had good memories as a child, and I am everyday gratefull for that. But my teenage phase was a total mess, and its memories were very sad and depressing. Now that I am an adult and have grown from my teenage years, I can say that I became mature, and can be gratefull for my teenage experiences. The fact that I had the best childhood, and can listen and re-watch all my favs is so relaxing.. It reminds me of good old times as I said ♥️ xo

When A Dream is Wish Your Heart Makes pulled up, that shit made me cry enough to fill a pool. It brings such warm memories of a little princess book I had that had a built-in little playlist. At every few pages, the song would change for it's respective princess. I only remember flipping through that book as my mother was combing through my hair into the little two pig-tails she would always do, dressing me up in the plenty poofy dresses I had because I refused to be dressed in anything else. The song made me remember all of my childhood moments, those playing with dolls, crying for little things only to forget about the issue, and giggle afterwards as if nothing happened. Child's laughter, it feels like gold. It makes me sad and realized how fast time goes, how things change, how things leave. The older you get the more it feels like sorrow. I miss being a child...

I'm turning 19 in two months. currently living in another country, far far away from my mom.
