This is exactly what I wanted to do. My dream project and the way I wanted to build my house in Coimbatore. I know to do majority of the work involved, happy to be of help if you need any ideas. Here in Australia they use structural timber. But for our climatic condition and resources metal is the way to go.

Most of the cheaters using you tube as a platform to target middle class. Court police station how to handle they learnt first which we are not aware. Financial and mental pain is huge. As you mentioned though they are not skilled we didn't try to get out of it in between

I believe you miss calculated the project... With Brick construction could have executed rs.1.5lacs with Labour contract with RCC roof with option of extending floors... 4.5 square 1.5lacs=6.75lacs... With year's of less maintains with Brick construction... Only option less is you can't move building... Don't know my idea is right or not... All the best...
