To get the ice in the glass, get a plastic funnel and cut the tube off so you have a wider hole put it over the glass and pour ice in

yes ill add this to the description.. Embarrassingly I purchased it from amazon, usually I avoid getting food or drink products from amazon but I couldn't find it in any of the supermarkets.
