Generally good announcing from the Australians, including at 5:10 when they addressed the short an unusual arm swing of Andre. Yet at 7:10, they failed to mention, for one of the first times, the Swedes switched sides on serve receive.

These Australian announcers are really good, but given Beach Volleyball originated in Southern California, is it not odd there no American announcers? What about Sinjin, May, Walsh, Karch, Stefes, Dodd, Fonoimoana, Rogers, or say Loiola (Brazilian)? We created this sport and the FIVB has ripped off all others to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars with affiliates. While I love and respect the Swedish game, support the sport in Europe, FIVB should no longer be the qualifier tour for the Olympics putting non-Euro players at a disadvantage. Three time gold medal winner Karch brought this up 20 years ago and he was right. He also coached the women's indoor team to another Gold, so maybe the OG is right.
