I've been getting my brows laminated for maybe 4 years now? Not regularly, but just for special events. I'm very particular on how the hairs feel (i.e. I HATE when they're more crunchy) so I take that into account with each brow person I've tried.
Now though I just laminate them myself at home. Saves time and money, but I still go to someone to get them shaped/cleaned👍🏼
