World's Most Dangerous Roads - Guinea: Forgotten territories

- The film reveals hallucinating realities: the hospital in a town of 200,000 inhabitants, Kissidougou, operates without electricity and the nurse on duty is content with the wreckage of an ambulance to go and save a pregnant woman in difficulty at 75 kilometers away. Poverty pushes families to put their children to work from the age of 6. In a roadside carpentry shop, no less than 102 children are found working and sleeping on the floor in what looks a lot like dormitories in a labor camp. According to Unicef, 25% of young Guineans take the road to work every morning rather than the often inaccessible school! In Guinea Conakry, the forest occupies more than a quarter of the surface of the country and beyond a national pierced with holes the inhabitants abandoned by the state had to create themselves bamboo ladders on cliffs to go from villages to villages. They borrow them at the risk of their lives ...
Seeing young children work to help with family's expenses breaks my heart.
If only my country people can see this videos they could learn kenya is rich and the corrupt should be jailed
This guys narration is so good, always paints the picture for you
Never imagined life is so hard in these parts of the world. These people deserve a better living.
Yet their "Leaders" live in luxury. I have seen their news correspondents use air quotes to describe these "garbage people" that can be upward mobile if they work hard enough.
I am now trying to be reimbursed for materials out of pocket and my hours on an impossible rush job.
This is in the U.S. from a very religious family.
I am screwed.
Gotta love what you have, after seen this. Life could be hard, but theirs is harder than yours, i can assure you.
True
Abusolutly
Nonsense,
I mean, i get what you're trying to say but it's not that straight forward. Or are you saying that rich people / rich peoples kids are not allowed to feel unhappy or depressed because 99.99% have it worse?
Damn that 82 year old brother still going 💪🏾
He looks like 32 bro 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That narrator must be the best ever I think. He does it so perfect . I've been watching a lot of episodes on this channel 👌
The narrator's name is Tony Comiti. .He started over 20 years ago in Australia on a TV station called SBS . It does international and world movies with an emphasis on multiculturalism. He had a show on Italian food ( i think) when I was growing up in Sydney. No mistaking his voice and YES he was BORN to narrate these docs .he does SO well. "Hey stop pushing" "don't talk to me like that" " Why do these trips cost so much? " etc etc lol Love it
It's so heart breaking to see how much these people struggle to live. They don't have a choice yet they smile and move on with life. These documentaries has taught me not to complain about trivial things and not to be lazy. Be grateful for what you have.
My favourite narrator I never miss this episodes🇰🇪
Why do so many Africans admire this narrator? His tone is disrespectful and arrogant.
Yes he represents facts as it is ✔✔🇰🇪.
The kind nurse, God will bless you.
Best Narrator ever! Will Narrate and Interpret everyone no matter the gender or age.
I beg to differ. I find his attitude very frustrating.
I beg to differ. I find his attitude very frustrating.
At least he represents facts ✔✔🇰🇪.
Really emotional when i saw 5years kids working
Your country is not so different.
Go help your mother
If you think thats bad you should look into what happens to orphan/poor kids in Pakistan
They're the lucky ones. They have a roof over their heads and are well fed by local standards, and most importantly they're learning a trade to serve them the rest of their lives. They seem loved by their caretakers.
@@gregsmith6756 I think you may have missed the mark in your analysis there, Gregory.
U hve to love what u hve this people deserve better life
Thanks God 4 everything
It was sad seeing that little boy say he wanted to be a carpenter. Obviously he doesn't.
Fantastic documentary
I'm hooked on watching them
The narrator is just as interesting
Yes sure u nailed it, this man was born to narrate.
He's the best narrator of all time.
when I watch his docs I sometimes I don't even bother to watch but rather tune on and listen to him he makes me laugh because he leaves no stone unturned in everything that is said here.
AMEN@@augustinesibindi3204
These people deserve a better life..i feel sorry for them.
Research about the country... Every country has its own downside don't judge a country because of a video
Very true... the Continent of Africa is LOST somewhere in the wilderness!
Sad a country rich in gold and diamonds and the people get nothing. Greed is a worldwide pandemic.
The worst pandemic of all kinds. It brings suffering and death to the masses!
The Continent of Africa is LOST somewhere in the wilderness!
Research how France is still chocking this country with the help of their puppets

Great insights on how the rest of the world is, while people here in the usa and other parts in the world complaining how hard it is .. very sure they can see this to reassure them how much difficult it is for others...
Yeah americans would just turn africa to a new usa
@@SelSun83 No chance, history will tell you America and Belgium destroyed the Congo 🇰🇪.
When they get into my country Britain, they lie & scam every which way. Not grateful just make demands. Stuff them.
A wonderful clip, amazing sacrifice from all.
Am thank ful to God
let me categorically say this,if i was born in this country i would have not married to avoid seeing my wife suffering because of lack of social amenities among other social problems,God open up this country and bless them with leaders who will uplift the economy for the sake of its citizens,,this is sad,sad ,sad and sad,
God help me with the little I have am going to save enough until I build hospital for people like this. I would rather not even build my own house but I will try and build a hospital before I die.
People here in America do not realize how lucky we are.
Watching from nairobi kenya🇰🇪
Mercy triumphs over judgement.
It looks like there is no government .... how hard is to survive this life for these people ....
Ghana's first president Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah helped this country a lot and was even exiled here after his overthrow in 1966, he really wanted this country to rise above the waters..One shopkeeper medicine was delivered to was wearing the Ghana national team jersey... It's a shame, things are the same as before.
Africa when, our leaders must sit up and do something meaningful for the people, very bad hospital but the doctors and nurses are doing all their best to save life's

Babies that should be playing been forced to work this make me sick
I hope many will donate to countries like this, especially when it comes to medicine because many can't afford to buy because their situation is very difficult😔
It is difficult to help these people from the outside because their own people and leaders, the ones in charge, do not want to help their own people, they are corrupt and only want to enrich themselves so they keep their fellow countrymen held down
No chance as the money doesn't reach them.
Child labor oh am training them.suuure!you.re not forcing them to work.
21:00 It's the camera that got him the medicine. 😑
When the baby is due you just give birth without hesitation or waiting for ambulance to take you
have seen Ghanaian 🇬🇭🇬🇭 Jesse Ayew 10......... politicians are making this people poor.. lm even sharing tears....😥😥
Someone knew he had money and call his friends to jack the driver.2 wife 20 kids of course you are broke

These people that are taking pics seems to be thinking this is funny They should be tryna help support these people
This is Guinea, is different from Equitoria Guinea...
what i want to know...do ppl still travel cramped up in the bush taxis during covid?
I feel sorry for the children they deserve better life, instead of wasting money on weapons we should be helping these children.
31:35. ….. The kid on *Child Labor* Is Rocking A *UNICEF* Jersey ..
The Paradox ….😔😞
It's just 20 years old :D
How do they talk to the people in these shows for them to understand and answer questions in their own language? Do they have a different language interrupter in every episode for every different language?
This was a hard episode to watch
2 wives 8 kids......
Narrator is the real GOAT
Thumbnail reminded me of the Iwo Jima photo. lol

I like the narrator. What's his name
Tony Comiti
$3000000 would fix the roads
This episode was very hard to watch…
At 22:50 , truck driver had 8 children, wtf! Nothing to eat but kept producing babies
Yet they survive somehow and have been for thousands of years🙃
That’s a deem big truck 🛻
Lovely
Funny in a way how they complain about being poor but then continue to have children, which obviously makes things worse . But I do admire their spirit to keep going in face of obstacles
Umm that’s how you populate if they don’t make children then they would be extinct
A pulley system up the hill
Man how could i possibly donate some vehicles to the hospital? We upgraded my company vehicles and i have 7 vehicles that work. I can have my mechanic leave them in amazing condition. Theyre just there
I have to skip some of the stories in this particular documentary because i don't have the psychological strength
to watch the whole thing. Disheartening.
I em angry to UNICEF whe are all many to give this not ok ❤❤❤suport from east europ Bosnia🇧🇦🇧🇦
So sad to see those kids on carpenter labour
