For copper use
Per day ku 300to400ml than copper charged water kudikanum athum night fill Pani vachi after 8hr morning la first drink aa kudikanu
Don't use as water bottle to take anyplace and don't drink at anytime
And don't pour hot water on copper pots
Use only normal water and keep for whole night and drink on mrng...
More copper charged water can cause illness
