How to descaling boiler

@@manikumarsupramaniam3359 Remove the level sensor and add the descaler using a hose and funnel.
Fill the boiler as far as possible until the level is just below the opening. Leave the descaler to work for approx. 30 - 40 minutes. Then drain the boiler. You can do this quite easily with the drain pump in the service menu. Then reassemble everything and rinse the boiler 3 - 4 times.

I have a problem with the device. I start cleaning and later on its says water supply open. And will not stop ringing. It will not finish the cleaning process
