    This bill is giving lgbt+ members additional rights over none lgbt+ members.

      You bible not accepted by all Filipinos but all Filipinos are legally Filipinos regardless of sexual orientation. I would go for amended Laws of the land for real breathing Filipino people including the LGBTQ Filipino citizens.
