Depends on playstyle , fast torps are easy to hit with while powered wreck things faster . Generally my fast ships like type k use powered because of the high surface speed so i can close in and slower subs i use faster torps .

I have calculated all war bonds that you can claim, around 4950. 2000 war bonds from big guns rewards besides 750 WB from tasks, only 2750 in Big Guns. Then 1750 WB from Battle pass; adding it with big guns WB we have 4500 WB. If you play so much both tank and ships campaigns you better be at top 30% in leaderboard, so you get 900 WB, 450 WB from tanks and 450 from ships. If you want keys as well reach the top 10%. Now adding all together i have a result of 5400 WB. :v There's a possibility to get it
