See, we can imagine worst outcomes SOMETIMES. but when u keep imagining worst outcomes, u will be careful but if u mess up, u will not even care to fix it since boht zyada bura ho sakta tha n ye utna bura nahi hai. then normally jese act krna chahiye thodi buri situation pe vi tum care nahi karogey and worst banntey zaoge tumhe pata vi nahi chalega.
Calm ho hi nahi sakte if u r thinking of WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME.

bro first i was also thinking the same that we should think about the worst case in any condition but when i think more about it don't you think that thinking about worst case in any condition may lead to the person feel more depressed and anxious about that condition and thoughts come up in our mind like "kya hota agar esa hojata ,ya fhir ye hota to kya hota " just like he give the example of the car accident and other examples if they didn't happen really but thinking about that worst condition may lead to be overthinking and it can be quite dangerous!....i have this thought in my mind so i shared it what's your views on it?
