- So this is my past two months wrapped up into 20 minutes, with all it's messy, hard and beautiful moments. There is so much going on in my life right now, both on the surface and inside, which I know a lot of you can relate to. But I am very glad to finally have time again for creating videos. I've missed you!

The main reason why I love my boyfriend is that he is essentially like a bison to me. Not only because he's built like one, but he weathered all storms and stands firmly in what he believes without a shed of doubt even when odds go against him. He has also been caring and made me underwent positive changes that I wouldn't have done myself because I'm naturally a hesitant, low risk taker.
It's refreshing to hear Jonna use the phrase, "Be a bison" I guess it's not as uncommon as I originally thought.

This video couldn't not have come at a more perfect time. After being diagnosed at the end of March with lymphoma, I am now going through chemo treatments. It hasn't been easy and I have a lot of ups and downs. Your words, "you are a bison; you're meant to go through storms" really hit home and I needed to hear that. Thank you for your beautiful videos and thank you for your beautiful wisdom.
2003 I had Hogkins lymphoma, tumour the size of my fist in my chest wrapped around my aorta. Chemo and radiation, 6mths of hell but now ok. Good luck with your treatment

I live in germany and in 2016 I visited sweden for the first time and fell in love with the country and the people. On a road trip to the far north to see the northern lights my husband proposed to me in the swedish wilderness. Your videos make me think of this beautiful journey every time, thank you so much for this great videos! Sweden is such a wonderful country and the people are so nice ❤️

I come back to this video so often. I am in nursing school right now and I am having a really hard time and I am so exhausted. I come back to this when I need to hear and it helps me get a good cry in every now and then ❤
This pandemic is cracking us all open, especially artists and highly sensitive persons. Many start questioning their life choices, a kind of “is this it? what am I doing with my life?” It may be uncomfortable for a while but I believe something new is being birthed in the world and we can choose to be part of it.

That's a beautiful way to put it. It's obvious the world will never be the same and I feel like before the pandemic we were just running around headless but this put some things into perspective. It's nice too see that it's a shared experience.

Jonna, the words you shared touched a nerve and the tears just fell. But in a good way more than anything. Getting stuck in depression is like being in the heaviest muck & mire. But together we can keep helping each other and pull one another along when each of us need a little encouragement & kindness. As a creative I think we carry our creativity as well as cloak of depression that we have to manage. Thank you and one day I want to visit Sweden. It looks like a kindred spirit place. ❤️

I miss so much those videos when Jonna used to make coffee in the kitchen early in the morning with Joan still sleepy and Nanook still tired. I loved to see her parents and uncle as well and the wood and the lake. Then Jonna visiting the Smithy trying to interview the man of a few words. It was like a tale of a magical family who lived in armony sorrounded by fairies and elves.

No kidding, I had paused this video (playing on my phone) at the very beginning of it, and then set my phone down to listen to another video playing on my iPad. Then the screen went into sleep mode (dark). I was not even touching the phone at all. Suddenly this video begin playing again all by itself, and I heard you say to be like a bison and just go right into storms and difficult things in your life instead of avoiding them. I swear that was a message to me from God. I have been going through whole lot in my life the last few months, and my tendency is to avoid difficult things. But God knows I need to face them right now, not avoid them!

Your reference to the strength of a bison is so accurate. The first time I laid eyes on one it was a truly inspiring moment. I was in a jeep surrounded by a herd of bison. I could not believe their size. Their power and strength were almost mesmerizing. Yet there was a clear calmness and peacefulness that exuded from this beautiful creature. Ever since that day I keep a photo of a bison with me to remind me that I too have the strength to get through anything life throws at me. Thank you Jonna for all that you do in a world that seems so out of balance!
