渡辺さんとYellowjackes の競演する曲はどれも素晴らしく、毎日聴いてしまいます。
ロベンフォードとラッセルフェランテのような奏者はなかなかいないと思います。
静まりきった室内での演奏も落ち着いて聴けてよいですね。
SALVADOLは前から好きな曲でした。でも自分の曲は前奏がありませんでした。
この曲のために作られたのでしょうか？
本曲に入る入りかたは、「ああ！聴ける」と言う感覚です。
やはりイエロージャケッツは素晴らしい。彼らは大人のジャズ。
そしてこの曲も大人のジャズと言う感じです。

追記：５曲聴かせて頂きましたが、どれも甲乙付けがたい曲ばかりですが
一番印象に残るのはSALVADOLです。渡辺さんのアレンジの素晴らしさに、鳥肌が立ちます。
サルバドールと女性の歌が入る私のバージョンが在りますが、これはそれを
遥かに超えています。

Yellowjakets ＝スズメバチ この名前は、生き生きとして力強く”刺すような刺激”があると
いう意味です。そういった音楽を目指したいと言うのが彼等の気持ちだったと思います。
