Sorry for translating your recipe without your permission. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am just trying to help. Hope I have made proper translation for those who don't understand Bangla. I haven't tried yet but I will.. Instant jalebi. .Ingredients - 1 cup Flour 2 cup Sugar Water accordingly Lemon juice 1 tsp Food color - little bit Salt - 1/3 tsp Yogurt- 3 tbsp Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Cardamom- 3 whole Proceedure: in a bowl take flour, baking powder, salt... mix the dry ingredients with water. Take water in small portions to reach required consistency. After mixing with some water add the yogurt and mix. Add some more water and use a whisk to make a smooth and lump free batter. The consistency of the batter should not be very thin or thick ... just as shown in the video... Pour the batter in a ketchup plastic bottle or a ziplock bag to make the jalebi.. To make the sugar syrup First put sugar in a pan on a stove Then add 1 and half cup of water and the cardamom.. let the sugar melt on the stove with medium heat..boil the syrup on stove until it reaches the consistency shown in the video.. ( finger and thumb test.. with a ribbon forming when you take the fingers apart.. ) When the required consistency is reached put some food color(optional) and lemon juice ( to prevent crystallization). Stir the mixture .. cover it, switch off the stove and leave for later use. To fry the jalebi take enough oil or ghee. Use the mouth of the bottle to make spiral shapes in the oil (when it's hot). You can cut the tip of the bottle cap according to the desired thickness of the jalebi. You can also use piping bags or zip lock bags to make the jalebi. These jalebies are thin as she prefers it this way. She recommends practicing the turns on a plate before doing it in the oil for real... Fry the jalebi in medium heat until golden brown. Put the jalebi in the sugar syrup for 5 to 10 seconds only after they turn golden brown or light brown. There is no need to soak them for long. 5 to 10 seconds are sufficient. Also note the syrup must not be hot or cold list like warm. Transfer the jalebies to the serving dish. These are delicious and crispy. Please try at home. They stay crispy for 2 to 3 days.

So I tried the recipe and I would suggest first beat the batter to incorporate enough air and then make sure the batter is flowing or falling smoothly from the spoon. I think my batter was a bit thick... good luck!!

Instant jalebi. .Ingredients - 1 cup Flour

Then add 1 and half cup of water and the cardamom.. let the sugar melt on the stove with medium heat..boil the syrup on stove until it reaches the consistency shown in the video.. ( finger and thumb test.. with a ribbon forming when you take the fingers apart.. )
