    The human hair test is the most interesting of all tests. Noting that 70% - 90% of the human hair remained tangled on the brush roller, I am wondering how it would perform if you removed the brush roller completely and then ran the test? Perhaps on hard floors, the suction power is enough to suck all the human hair into the dust bin without the roller, and totally avoid tangles?
    Does the Roborock Q7 operate with the roller brush removed?
    Could you please run this test and show us the results?

    I would also point out that cleaning the q5 dust bin without the auto emptying dock can be tedious. Furthermore, the plastic pieces will likely break when removing the cover to empty the dustbin.

    Thanks I have a large new house all tile, it gets dusty quickly I'm going to go with the q7 max plus because we don't leave anything on the floor like cords, crap, and I don't want to spend $1300 on a vacuum I was going to wait tell the s8 comes out its nice but we don't need it because we have no rugs or carpet and never spill any juice or make messes. I'm also thinking the more basic the more reliable.

    Which Robovac would you recommend in the range of £200-300?
    Primarily looking for wooden floor and carpet cleaning with good human hair vacuum feature.

    Great review! This is totally the robot vacuum I would have preferred, but I can't find this model anywhere, only half a year after this review. That turn around seems concerning to me.

    I bought the Q7 Max based on your recommendation and I am absolutely loving it so far. It sits really nicely from a value perspective and frankly, I think the Q7 Max is even better than the S7.

      I agree. I would also recommend the Q7 Max over the S7.

      Your reviews are the best on TH-cam! Looks like the S8 will be here shortly, will you be testing it? Thanks a lot.

    Very useful review thanks i will buy one after listening you but there is something i suspect.
    Q7 max has 4200 pa suction power while q7 has 2700 pa in the booklet they say. According to your test both performed same with air flow and suction power. Why do you think it happened?

    • @consumer-analysis
      @consumer-analysis  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Roborock is probably just measuring suction differently than I am. Wherever and however they're doing it, gives them different readings than what I get using my particular methods and my particular test equipment.

      @@consumer-analysis is there a chance there can be confusion while editting the videos? Or are you pretty sure they give the same results?

      @@brsznl I'm 100% sure both robots have the same airflow and suction according to my testing.
