Hey man, I managed to install some of the other textures like the Alpha Gary, Petey, and the vest. However when I add this one and some others, my game crashes as soon as I hit Story. Any ideas why these aren't working? Love your mods!

Delete some mods u probably don't have some space for gb so delete some files
Can you make a tutorial for the tga thing
the tga files dont matter because they are just viewable textures, the tga textures are already in the nft files so you dont need the other tga's
