Hi Jo lovely to see you and Kacee on the vlog and making your sausages together. You both did a great job. Was thinking when.Kacee put them on the grill would they not need to be in the fridge for awhile first just to toughen them up a bit anyway the smoked ones turned out really well and well done to you both.
