    ► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.c....
    There are 7 alternative background sounds of this track available at my website above: Metal Crystal Bowls (the one used in this video), Om Mantra, Outerspace, Thunderstorm, Water Surface, Whale sounds, Just Tones (no soundtrack)
    What is this?
    This is a deep Theta 'brainwave entrainment' session, using Isochronic Tones with a metal crystal bowls and rain background track. It is designed to make it easier to experience a deeper state of meditation, usually only achieved after many years of practice.
    The session begins at the top of the Alpha/Beta border range (12 Hz), and guides you down to high Theta in about 7 minutes. Then gently down to deep Theta (5.5 Hz) by the 14 minutes mark, where it holds you for just over half an hour, before bringing you back up to a more alert state again of 15Hz in Beta.
    This is not designed for sleep
    Because this session guides you back up to the higher Beta frequency range at the end, it is not designed for using to help you get to sleep.
    Metal Crystal Bowls
    I also have another video of metal crystal bowls without the Isochronic tones here:
    • Metal Crystal Bowls - ...
    Headphones?
    Headphones are not required for this particular session. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend it. When you use headphones it helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.

      @@MrNcgy I tried a thousand others track, and this one is the single best track that take me into deep meditative state, which is theta.
      In theta state, maybe 3-5 Hz, huge healing happens in physical/mental/spiritual level.
      Also at the end of the track, if it doesn't increase its frequency range from theta to alpha, I think it would be very difficult for me to wake up easily into alpha state.
      Other TH-camrs just make frequency video, but this guy knows the science well.

Everyone's experience with this music is different, just as we are as people. The goal of this video is to deeply relax you. Isochronic Tones have a more pronounced waveform than a Binaural Beat, which produces a more distinctive beat. This usually results in a more effective entrainment experience. However, because the beat is more pronounced with Isochronic Tones, some people do find them a little harder to listen to than Binaural Beats.
    Isochronic Tones also don't need headphones to work like Binaural Beats do, but personally I always use them, as I find they help to block out other distracting noises. Jason

    The 5.5Hz frequency relates to the pulse per second. Once you go above 40Hz the frequencies you see quoted usually relate to the pitch. I've found less scientific research on the higher frequencies, which is why I haven't created anything with them yet. Some people can feel an emotional upheaval, after experiencing an increased awareness of their consciousness and self limitations. But you can't release these limitations until you're aware of them, so this is just part of the process. Jason

    • @reshchak

      +MillerTurk , let me make an attempt, in simple terms. For those who know much more, pl overlook minor errors.
      The space just above the nose, app the centre point from both your eyes is called the third eye. Its simulation through concentration/meditation can trigger certain gland to be activated, which may give you greater insight into yourself as well the universe. There are meditation techniques to activate this and today the easiest and maybe the best is throu sound waves, brainwave music. Do google third eye meditation as well as brain waves entertainment. The theta wavefile here helps to go to a meditative stage.

    Hi Rory, electrical equipment like speakers and headphones are referring to the 'pitch' frequency. With Isochronic Tones the main frequency quoted is the 'pulse' not pitch. If you're hearing an Isochronic Tone at 5hz, it means the pulse or beat if you want to call it that, is repeating 5 times per second. You could clap your hands five times in a second. If you look at it from that perspective, you can then better understand how it's measured and how it's possible to hear it. Jason

    I've realized crystal clearly through the last about 16 minutes that the power of meditation does not rely on the video you are watching, but in the power your mind has to focus and be in a state of deep though and vision, relaxing everything completely, but not falling asleep.

    • @Chaotist
      @Chaotist 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually it's about your willpower which allows you to guide your attention. Once you allow your attention to dissolve in it's source, you land in pure awareness, in yourself. Paradoxically, you need strength to let go of all strength. If you know what I mean ;-)

  • @MindAmend
    @MindAmend  11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi Cody, what you are referring to is the pitch frequency, which humans aren't supposed to hear below 20Hz. When you see the frequency stated for isochronic tones, this usually refers to the 'pulse' per second. Jason

  • @MindAmend
    @MindAmend  11 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    EEG machines measure your brain's pulses in frequencies. You can see different dominant frequencies in a brain during certain mental states like sleep, relaxation, anxiety, stress, alertness, high energy etc. Using this data, Isochronic Tones sessions can be created to entrain your brain to a particular frequency range, that is associated with a desired mental state.This is why Isochronic Tones are referred to in terms of frequencies. Hi,
    You normally fall asleep when you reach Delta, which is around the 4Hz and below mark, so this is very close to that. However, this track is setup in a way to prevent you from falling into a deep sleep. At the 46 minute mark, the Isochronic Tones start to gradually ramp up in frequency, as the session draws to the end. By the time you reach 49 minutes, the frequency is back up to 15Hz (Beta), which is a normal awake state.

    Just had a wonderful experience combining this with my own little combo of wim hof breathing and holotropic breathing along with traditional meditation. The most relaxing, euphoric experience ive ever had without the aid of a drug. Im still tingling as i type this. I highly recommend this combination of methods if anyone is looking to try a new meditation method. Begin by quieting your mind with some regular deep breaths. Then begin wim hof breathing and as you feel the tingling come on, slowly begin transitioning to the rapid in-and-out breaths associated with holotropic breath work. It makes for a wonderfully euphoric session.

    almost instantly my body / mind relaxes lol. i did not realize how tense i was. I was holding my arms somewhat tightly against my body, my neck was still and my stomach area was being 'held back', almost as if i was expecting to get hit in the gut, just not THAT intense.
    then focusing on my third eye for a moment, i could feel it much faster than simply meditating.
    good stuff! thanks!

    Hi Karen, the benefits of Isochronic Tones will depend on what session you listen to and what you want to achieve. In this video the tones will help you reach a deeper medititive state, than what you may be able to achieve without them, especially if you're not an experienced meditator. The tones help guide your brainwaves to the desired deeply relaxed state. On my channel you'll also find videos that help increase focus, energy and sleep, so they have lots of varied uses and benefits. Jason

    Use switch word *together* which means Gita and mind amend together..
    You will feel the positive effect of mind amend's deep theta music after reading a single page of Gita. Remember together...
    Together is a powerful switch word. Use it very often.
    I have been teaching and meditating for the last 4 decades. I meditate everyday.

    Upheaval is a bit of a broad term, because it will mean different things to different people, and vary depending on the frequencies you listen too, and how much entrainment experience you've had.
    I liken it to travel sickness; some people get it, some people don't and those that do, the symptoms can vary a bit.
    The dry mouth thing comes up sometimes, so if you get that, always make sure you've had a glass of water before listening. Jason

    Yes, your body is supposed to do it's best healing during sleep, which is when your brain is in a Delta state. So to help increase re-generation and healing, listening to Delta is recommended. If you look for the Chronic Aches and Pains Relief video on my channel, that contains 20 minutes of low Delta for healing and pain relief. I'm planning on releasing more videos for healing in the future. Jason

    A question was asked: "Does this work for people who are hard of hearing in one ear? The answer is yes. I'm actually hard of hearing in my left ear myself. For this type of Isochronic Tone track you only need one good ear for the entrainment to work. If you see a brain entrainment track that uses binaural beats, they will need both ears to work, as a different frequency is sent to each ear via headphones.

    Thank you! I've never used anything like this before. I listened before sleep and felt calm, slightly sad and also had some hand twitches. I've read that Theta helps with integration, so I assume my experience was relevant as I have trauma to deal with. Interestingly, I woke remembering my dream, which was quite a therapeutic one. I'll experiment more with this!

    Hi KeatonF0X
    They are also known as Tibetan bowls or singing bowls and are widely used for meditation. When played with a gong they give out an amazing vibration sound. They come in different sizes and various different matierials that produce different sounds. I have also created a metal crystal bowls video without the Isochronic Tones (just music). See the link to the video at the bottom of the description for this video. Jason
