The speed controller should not be placed near the cartridge. That's the whole reason why it's in a separate unit, because it can cause interference. At the very least, place it to the left of the turntable.
The NEO Power Supply was only placed there for demonstration purposes, normally on customer demonstrations, it's placed on the unit below.

any audio gear i can lift with one hand is not quality made.
i guess these regas are nice for what they are, but unless my vinyl spinner is a 2 man lift.........i aint interested!!

Is it me or does Rega construction get cheaper and the price higher with each generation? This sucker is made out of beer cooler material.
