Spring for me is the time to refocus on healthy habits. Summer is a time to spend time with friends since I’m a teacher and the weeks off give me a chance to connect on long walk and talks in the park or at the beach.

yesss I stayed at an all inclusive resort called Coral Costa Caribe, it was two hours away from Punta Cana. It wasn’t anything really fancy or special but the staff was so nice, there was lots of sport stuff (ping pong, beach volleyball and soccer) so that was amazing. the food was okay and the room was okay as well, overall it was really good for the price!!
Hi Rebecca! I needed this video so much! I was sick about 2 weeks ago and have been in a slump since then! I have also been stressed because of my schools dance team tryouts! I made the team, and it makes me feel so powerful and it is another chance for a reset!
